K Linx is a fintech startup company that started with the focus on payment matching and reconciliation. The greatest added value concerns unstructured payments as Sepa Credit Transfer, SWIFT etc. where main reconciliation infos are drowned in free text fields. K Linx also automatically manages unstructured documents such as scans of payment receipts or handwritten payments (postal payments, promissory notes etc.) thanks to Artificial Neural Networks and Named Entity Recognition processes. The company reached significant results on improvement of its artificial neural networks to better perform the phases that require cognitive actions, for example to understand who is the payer and what is the purpose of the payment. The goal is to emulate the reasoning of a person in the analysis of payments to reduce as much as possible doubtful cases, especially those in which the intervention of an operator is required. In addition to payment matching, K Linx is able to correlate any pair of data sets providing as a result the intersection of the two sets. The latest evolutions concern the possibility of defining the match rules in interactive mode without writing a line of code, that is K Linx next gen.
