Description

Fatal pedestrian accidents at intersections are more likely to occur in busy urban areas. Smart technologies can help reduce mortality rates by making crosswalks more visible, especially in the evening and night hours, and therefore safer. An effective and easily implemented solution is to use a series of light panels that immediately light up every time someone is crossing or about to cross, helping drivers to immediately see pedestrians before its too late.
