Design-for-All (DfA) is a design philosophy targeting the use of products, services and systems by as many people as possible without the need for adaptation. It aims at making urban furniture accessible to everyone, regardless of age, disability or other factors, as many people have small or medium disability level that does not require a radical design. Inclusive environments involve practices and policies intended to identify and remove barriers that hamper individuals’ ability to have full participation in society.
